Heat

As we begin to look forward to warmer days, some of you may already be thinking and planning on saving money on next year's heating bill.

If you are considering a pellet stove, have I got a deal for you! I am parting with an almost new American Made pellet stove, by ENGLANDER. It retails for nearly $1800, but I am packing this up with the pipe vent kit, outside air intake kit and 600 pounds of premium pellets for the first person to show up with a truck and $995. And unlike most private sellers, I do accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Discover) and debit cards.

You can get more info and see pix at http://maine.craigslist.org/hsh/1087341736.html. If interested, you can email me at ptwoodycrew@aol.com. But at this price I don't expect it to last long. Come next winter, when fuel cost rises and inflation begins, you are going to wish you had jumped on this.

Now I am sure someone out there is saying, "Hey, Bill, if this is such a good stove (24 hour burn and heats up to 2200 square feet on a single fill), then why are ya sellin' it?"

The answer is simple economics - I have nearly 15 acres of woods. I see little point in buying pellets when I have a lifetime supply of free cordwood, so I am putting in a woodstove. Otherwise, there is no way I would part with this pellet stove. The second reason - I've put on too many pounds. The wife thinks the cuttin', splittin', haulin' and stackin' will be good for my girlish figure.

As a side note, I will soon be offering a really hot bargain on a 24' motorhome, 350 Chevy, rebuilt engine. Great condition. Will probably sell for about half of its value. Will let ya know when I'm ready to post it, but if you want to check it out ahead of time, let me know. Will consider possible non-vehicle partial trades.

See ya in a few weeks! Oh, and I will be posting pix of the HotKarz Best of the Best trophies for 2009. 1st place is 3 feet tall. 2nd is 32", and third is 28". They are pretty nice!
