It appears that Senator Collins email account is temporarily down "for repairs" as of earlier today. I cannot help but wonder if her mail server has been overloaded with mails from you folks.
In any case, if you try to reach her via email, and you get that error message, please do not give up - try again tomorrow, and the next day, until you get through. Every email counts. Or, you can call her office, fax, or send snail mail.
